South America

South America is an adventurer's paradise. It is a destination that encourages travellers to delve deep into diverse cultures while exploring the outdoors. Andean peaks, Patagonian glaciers and the Amazon rainforest perfectly compliments South America’s many brightly coloured colonial towns, Incan ruins, and tropical beaches. A warm culture, incredible nightlife, music, dancing and some of the best restaurants in the world can be found intertwined with the continents natural wonders, making for South America’s true charm. 

For each of the countries listed below you will find detailed destination guides, inspiring bucket list adventures, unique places to stay, unreal things to see and do, and my personal commentary on the travelling community and experience of backpacking through South America. I have spent the past 5 years embracing slow and long term travel in South America in each of the countries listed below. Hopefully I can inspire the same adventurer's spirit in you by sharing my experiences from Colombia down to the tip of Argentina and everywhere in between.
